I love Pandora, customer service was great.. jade is your go person. She was very helpful she helped me and my sister find what we were looking for.

Associate 239325 was very friendly and knowledgable of the stores inventory and products. The sales associates greets you when you walk in the store. Willing to provide an opinion if you ask them, but ultimately allows the customer to make the decision. Also, willing to set up your braclets (if you like).

Sales lady was very friendly and knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with was very happy with her

Kellie at the Columbia, MD store, she was pleasant, knowledgeable, extremely helpful. She went above and beyond in helping me to resolve another issue. She made you feel comfortable where she knew her job. I will recommend her and this Pandora store to others

Although I wish there was a wider selection of rings to choose from, the bracelets on display were beautiful so i’ll definitely be coming back for more! Also The store was very clean and the associates were pretty helpful although it seemed like they didn’t really want to be there which is understandable lol. I was kind of in a rush to leave cause I felt like the longer I stayed, the more their patience would run out. My overall experience for my first time in pandora was fairly good.

When I went into the store, I was greeted immediately. The person that helped me was victoria. She was very knowledgeable and helped me to navigate to where the charms i was looking for were.
