There was no line and I was able to go right to an associate. My associate was knowledgeable and friendly. My associate did not have all of the charms I wanted but offered substitutes.

The clamp broke on my wife bracelet and the sale associate was able to replace the bracelet and because of her great service I purchased a new charm for my wife
