Walked in to exchange a gift I bought my wife Due to it not fitting properly and was immediately greeted and taken care of. The manager “Clara” made sure everything was ok and took the time to locate my original receipt and then go over different options and explain the difference in the size of tge chains. Was able to upgrade the original purchase plus add a couple other item.
