The sales associate was very friendly. I exchanged a charm bracelet that I purchased 4 months ago, it broke at the clasp. I was immediately given a new one and purchased more items I didn’t receive any hassle

The girls working there are super friendly and very helpful. They always welcome you with a smile. My favorite is Yusi, she always helps me find exaclty what i need. Great team!

Thr associate was very friendly and accomodating. She found charm that was still being pulled out of boxes to make sale. Also informed of upcoming sale and showed us items for Mother's day. Walked out happy with charm and looking at brochure for future purchase.
