I returned a charm that had broken atleast 4 times and that’s only bc I didn’t bring it in right away. They told me they would only replace it once but let me 3 times. finally when I brought it in the last time I asked to exchange it with something else and they did no problem.

I've gone to her before in the past and she was the one who recommended me to get the Pandora preferred card, which I didn't even know existed. Thanks to her I find myself shopping at Pandora more frequently.
