I called the store the day before to check there inventory. The sales associate I spoke with was extremely helpful and courtesy. I visited the store the following day to make my purchases, the same sales associate that assisted me on the phone assisted me with my purchases. She was again extremely knowledgeable and very professional.

I bought a gift set for my wife. When we came in the first sales associate told us that we could only exchange it for the same bracelet. I stated that I then will op to get my money back as per satisfaction guarantee. Then, Mina (another associate) asked to help us. She took the time to give us options. She was more than thorough and both my wife and I left feeling comforted and completely satisfied.

The sales associate Ingrid was very outgoing and friendly. I really wasn't sure what I wanted and she gave me great suggestions. She was very knowledgeable about the products helped me picked out some great gifts. She was also very patient. I will be visiting her soon for another purchase.
