The level of customer service that I received was phenomenal. Sheyla was my salesperson and she was very knowledgeable. I also had my other Pandora jewelry cleaned at the same time while I shopped and I am very satisfied with the outcome.

I went to change a charm broken and this store did not have it in stock, they had to order it and call me back, so I have to come back and spend more time in this issue.

I’ve gone to multiple different Pandora Stores and I’ve gotten a box for my charm and sometimes I just get it wrapped in a plastic wrap and I’ve then before if I could get a box and they tell me boxes are only for rings but I’ve recorded the box with a string for my charms so I don’t know why they lied and can’t give me the box.

I got 4 items but paid for 3, I would’ve bought one more item to receive another free. But was never told that was possible.

The store did not have the charms I wanted, but the associate did show me other items.

The associate didn’t seem familiar with the merchandise and had a difficult time understanding my email address. I eventually had to write it down for her!!! Little frustrating.

There was a representative watching the line that let a customer go first, although I was already waiting in line. She did not explain why. (Maybe it was a returning customer) At any rate, I felt like I was skipped.

They didn't have to much to choose from Was out of somethings that I liked and it was super busy I felt rushed.....
