The sales person helped me right away. The item I wanted was available. The sales person showed me options and I was able to make my selections.

Most of the charms that I originally wanted were not in stock.

Workers were very kind and helpful.

The young lady who helped me was Edita and she was very nice and helpful, the store was very clean but when I got there I did feel bad and disappointed being a black woman when a other lady told me to step outside the store when it was only 3 people in there but later it was several people in there and nothing was said

The sales associate initially told me that there were no more of the charms I wanted before even trying to actually look for it. other than that they were really nice and helpful

There was a display of the mandalorian bracelet and charm, was told they had it and when checked they did not have the mando charm, which was the main reason for me to get the bracelet, i asked the young lady if i could have the one on display, she said she could not give me that one, but she did try her best to see if she found one, which i was very pleased, only complain/suggestion i would make for the store is to take off display what you don't have, especially if you cant sell it, only reason why i did not put completely satisfied.
