The store is very small and does not have enough agents to assist. I am mostly disappointed in the little selection avaialble

I'm satisfied with the item I purchased. I had an idea of what I wanted so the associate just showed me where the earrings were and I picked out the pair I liked and made my purchase. When I asked the associate what type of material the earrings were made out of she didn't know and didn't know if they are hypoallergenic. Her co-worker informed of what I wanted to know so that helped make my decision to purchased the earrings.

It was a birthday gift and my girl loved the present I got her from pandora

The stones on my ring have fallen numerous times and I have to keep going back to store to exchange I wanted to change styles to avoid going back and wasn’t allowed

Pandora stores are always to small and hard to move around. Staff is very overwhelmed with customers especially during holiday.

Yainelys was so wonderful thank You, she redemeed herself. She sold me a Mother’s Day gift for my mom and aunt. Thanks to her my loved ones will be smiling

Well I am deaf and repeat that to the sales person over & over. Yet she continued to talk thru her instead of writing it down to communicate with me.

I felt like the selection in the store could have been better, and sale could have been better. I don’t feel like I got the most bang out of my buck!
