I purchased an item online and I was told that I would be able to exchange it in the store. When I got to the I was told I couldn't exchange it at that location. The representative at first treated me l was trying to return a stolen item and all I wanted to do was get the right size. I had the box and the receipt with all the original packaging. The representative interaction with me seemed as if she was afraid to be with me. It was not a good experience and I will not return to purchase anything.

NO NEED TO.

This was my first time at this store. It is very small and not much room tonsee the merchandise. So for each piece I asked to see we either had to move or had to ask people to get out of the way. I've been to the one at Dadeland and it is much more streamlined. Other than that the service was great and the associate very helpful. I feel more comfortable at the other store.

There were a couple more charms I wanted to purchase and they were not sold in that particular store. Plus I am a health professional and I wanted the thank you free charm and it was not available either.

Did not locate a specific item I was there to buy. Was not offered option to purchase online from sales representative. Would have liked other suggestions as I was shopping for a special gift.

it seems now that there is a new bracelet and charms the older charms are not in the stores.
