I was pleased with the promotion that was occurring during my visit. However, the selection of themed bracelets was few. The fact that the next major holiday is Christmas, I would have thought that there would be some Christmas themed bracelets assembled. Might I suggest that during major holidays that holiday themed bracelets be displayed. I hope to see more holiday themed based jewelry displayed in the near future.

The manager was amazing but the associate stained my charms when she cleaned them by not putting them in the machine after the solution so they turned yellow and the manger had to clean each one and some still aren’t the same. That was my first and last time getting my bracelet cleaned looks so different now

I was looking also for white gold big size earrings which were not at this store. They had small earrings.

The person who attended me did not speaks spanish and I do not english very well.

The store was smaller and thus the line was longer. There could be two lines, one for those who want to browse and another for those who know what they want. A mobile sales associate could check people out without leaving the line.

there is no reason for me to not highly satisfied. I'm satisfied with what I have and I'm okay with the associate that helps me.

Decidi retornar un producto y el valor devuelto fue menos del que valia. Me quede sorprendida ya que perdi mas de 70 dolares. Aun asi volvi a comprar de nuevo ya me encanta el diseno y calidad.

I requested for size 6 in both rings and I was given a size 6 and 5 by mistake. I will need to return to the store.
