I had to be rung up 3 times. I applied for the Pandora Credit Card and the 10% off on the sale items were not coming up. Finally they rung me up on the actual register instead of the tablet and it finally worked. It was a long time wasted waiting for them to solve the problem.

I wasn’t at the mall to visit Pandora but saw there was a sale. There was a good selection of sale merchandise, and I bought several charms - some for gifts. The sales person was slightly more aggressive than I prefer, and there was difficulty using a gift card that had been purchased from that store.

I requested an item from the new Mother's Day collection and the rep didn't know what I was referring to. I had to pull up the item online instead of her just showing me the whole new collection. And my card wouldn't swipe and she looked at me as if there was a problem with my card. It took a different store rep yo see that the device she was using was broken and my card was perfectly fine. No apology was given.

I was highly satisfied with my visit most of the charmes on my bracelet comes from various different pandora locations but with this location I was very satisfied .

The sales associate that attended me was Ingrid. She was very friendly and nice. The only sales associate that had interest in helping me. My visit was to get my bracelets and necklace cleaned. She had interest in helping me in every way possible. I purchased a care kit and the end of my visit.
