Well I told the cashier what I wanted then she suggested the chain connect since it was for a kid. I agreed then she didn’t add it and I didn’t realize it until I left the store I also take responsibility bc I should have repeated the order of why I wanted. Also a great suggestion for your cashier to go over what all is being purchased to make sure everyone is on the Same page

The store did not have a catalog. I feel they do this to show you the charms then you pick one and doesn’t have a price. You end up purchasing almost likely a most expensive one.

Very little choice in merchandise. It is too restrictive, and the stores don't even offer retired merchandise anymore, they used to long ago.

The sales associate was ok but didn't really have that friendly vibe. I gave her the money in her hand and she tried giving my change back on the counter. I said can you put that in my hand because that is so rude . She then put it the money in my hand.

Not enough selection to choose from when it comes to Disney and Dumbo charms.

I loved the ring i had been eyeing it for weeks online. Decided to buy in store rather than order online. But again the sales associate was nice but as soon as I said no anything else her face changed it felt like she was whatever. Same with the other associate that was helping her. Again this is the reason why I only buy online.

I verified my military status online with Pandora and was sent a %10 discount coupon to use in store. When I arrived and was helped by the attendant, she was very helpful and tried to honor that. The manager did not seem to know that coupon existed and eventually said that this location was not participating in that. The items purchased were not on sale and were not the items excluded.

The service was terrible

The lady that assisted me with my purchase was rude and annoyed that I was taking a littl to decide. She probably thought because of how young I look I was just some kid at the store and I wasn’t going to buy anything. When I only took long because I was calling to see if the person would like the gift. Very rude attitude.

I was asking the lady for more information about certain pandora charms and she had no clue, she was confused on when i was asking her for $25-$45 charms
