To no fault of the store associates, the charms I wanted were not all available. For this time of year merchandise should be in better supply. I checked online at Pandora.com and it wasn’t there either.

I got there 10 minutes to closing and I asked if I may come in, they said yes. The lady that helped me was rushing me and did not have knowledge to the point I was charged more than expected.

A couple of friends and I decided to go in the store and purchase jewelry but when we got in the store they told all three of us to stand in one spot and look in the books at the merchandise and they will bring it to us . I was upset because I wanted to look at the jewelry in the show cases, after getting upset and walking to the showcase a sales person told me I couldn’t look at the jewelry it was for customers only. Wtf

I was disappointed with the amount of selection. Many of the items I wanted was not in the store. I will have to go to Jared’s to get what I truly wanted.

The sales associate is not friendly, her name is Marian. Not at all helpful, I think she is tired with what she’s doing. I had my bracelet repaired and the bracelet that was returned was not the same color as the original one. It took them 9weeks before I got the bracelet back. I returned items that are defective a lot of times.

There was security at the entrance to get into the store @ 1 location Southland mallsand the other location The Falls was super crowded and insufficient associates.
