I had a coupon for my birthday and the lady said: it only works if I buy on line but my coupon doesn’t say “only on line” she didn’t even try it I had to buy it because I was running behind. I won’t go back to that store

The sales associate was very rude. She made us wait 10 minutes before she took care of me or acknowledge me. Talking with attitude not smiling.

Sales people don’t know how to treat customers

First, I was not comfortable with how close another customer was to me during my visit. Then, The young lady helping me seemed rushed and uninterested in doing anything more than bringing me the charm I asked for. When I asked for it to be put directly onto my bracelet, she tried unscrewing the chain but it wouldn’t come off. She handed it back and said this happens sometimes and she can’t get it off. In order to get it off she would have to break the chain. That was it. No other explanation or anything. Well, are there any other options? How much are your chains if you’re suggesting we just BREAK the one I already have? Is there a process here for this since it happens to others as well? And as she was still helping me, she started to help the customer who is now basically touching elbows with me. I was ready to leave. Not satisfied at all. Didn’t help that the charm I purchased was dirty and had a sticky residue on it.

I recently got the Pandora Me Link bracelet as a gift...the link where the charms get attached, is not safe at all, it opens without effort and it's very easy to lose the charms. Very disappointed on this new addition of Pandora. Should consider review the design of the bracelet

Displayed prices for multiple items were incorrect

The sales associates were not welcoming or friendly. The store is rather small and has a limited selection.
