Me encanto el servicio la muchacha que me atendió se llama Roxana se la recomiendo muy amable muy dedicada, en cada detalle nunca se detuvo para su explicación y su carisma me llevó a comprar varias cositas, les recomiendo que pasen no lo piensen serán muy bien atendidos

SALES ASSOCIATE WAS VERY RUDE AND RACIST. ASSUMED BECAUSE I WAS A DIFFERENT RACE THAT I WAS INVISIBLE SHE CALLED UP TWO WOMEN IN SPANISH AND LOOKED OVER ME BEING THAT I WAS IN THE STORE FIRST PATIENTLY WAITING. WHEN BROUGHT TO HER ATTENTION SHE SAID “WELL I DIDNT SEE YOU THATS WHY YOU NEED TO FORM A LINE OUTSIDE”. SND CONTINUED TALKING IN SPANISH TO THE CUSTOMERS. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION.

When a customer has a paid receipt and they're making an exchange due to the item was damaged, they shouldn't have to wait for manger approval. just to replace a damaged item that was bought 5 days ago. I have my receipt and the damaged item, inspect it and replace it. So annoyed with this Southland Mall location (NEVER AGAIN!!)

I needed to return three defected items. Manager assessed that one was not defected and would not exchange it.

I had to place my order 3 times and all 3 times it was cancelled within 4 hours.One time for delivery & it was cancelled, one time for in store pick up(after calling the store and verifying they had the items I needed) and it was cancelled, and one more time online for in store pickup. Pandora sent me a coupon I was never able to use because they kept cancelling my order every time I placed it online. I ended up having to pay regular price because of Pandora’s mistakes & did 4 trips and hassles. Waited over 10 days overall for my refunds.
