Website is confusing I ended up getting the wrong thing and I ended up paying full price due to website inadequate label

I’ve been to many Pandora stores in different countries and always experienced great customer service and the staff always makes recommendations based on my purchases and what bracelet I’m trying to fill, on this particular ocassion I went to purchase a gift and was looking for an specific charm and the attendant didn’t know how to help me with my purchase, she did not have any knowledge of those charms being available to Pandora, but on top of that she got really annoyed everytime I asked to see something else even though I was planning on purchasing more than one charm. When it came time to pay she was just going to wrap the charms in tissue without even asking if I wanted the box, mind you since the beginning I mentioned it was a gift. When I asked her that I wanted the gift box she said they are not provided for charms, well I insisted and she gave me a gift box but the charms where thrown inside without the string that they usually attach it. Needles to say this is my last visit to this specific Pandora store.

Staff is in a hurry to assist you. Unfriendly and not willing to assist you with extra questions you asked. On this location it is very hard to return item. Oftentimes im having problem with the item i purchased.
