I was highly satisfied because the sales associate was very helpful. I lost 3 bracelets and she really helped me try to replace them. I wasn’t satisfied with the fact that I spent that much money without any incentive. Pandora needs to have a loyalty program that gives incentives for money spent. Like every $1 spent needs to be a point and when you get 2,000 point you get $100 off or a free bracelet. Something!

it was very good service and the quality of the merchandise was the best and the cleaning of the store was the best. the knowledge that the associate had was really good and she was really nice
