I got to Pandora about 15 minutes before closing time, as I wanted to purchase 3 gifts for friends I was about to visit. Roxana and her associates were so accommodating with my urgency and they did not rush me and were willing to help me find the perfect gifts. They offered full and professional service and best of all, my friends LOVED their presents and pardoned me for arriving late. I will definitely go back soon and treat myself to beautiful jewelry.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a, "Hello, how can I help?" The associate, Lisselle, new exactly which trays to pull based on my description of each charm. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and even offered other deals available in case I was interested in purchasing more. She showed EXCELLENT customer service.

The service was great,I wanted the other earring because I has only purchased one but they didn't have it so I was showed another set and a new pandora line and I was highly satisfied with it all
