There was no line, I just walked in they attended me. I did not know what charm to get and they were very nice to show me the charms that there was and help me out to decide which one to get.

This was my first visit to this store. Sandra was so friendly and helpful while explaining and providing many options for me. It is a present for my daughter's birthday, so she gave me a great choice for my gift. Plus I also purchased my first bracelet.

Quick and easy process to return Pandora bracelet that was small. Additionally got some insight on how to use the Cleaning Kit, however tried it and really don’t like it.
