As soon as I arrived to the store Roxana assisted me quickly and was very nice and knowledgeable. She helped me choose the sets of rings I wanted. I definitely will be coming back to this store.

The sales associate worked with me on building a key chain charm for my wife. She was knowledgeable and helped me with just the right charms.

Emily has great customer knowledge for what I was looking for and even show me a pendant charm that I was not looking at the options to engrave. Love the engraving charm. The only thing I didn’t like is that the Manager that was showing Emily how to use the machine it seem that she did not how to use it her self . The Manager just told me if I would have known I would have engraved the name with flower and that’s what I was asking and she said the flower had to go in the back by it self. I was not satisfied with the charm at all but could not do nothing to correct it. If the Manager is training and associates they should know what they are doing first. I give Emily 100% of customer service and showing something else that I end up getting it.
