Associates at the Southland Mall location#0755 in Miami Florida are a bit rude. They only speak spanish and I dont (Salesperson: Arlett L. No196466. I wish they could talk to me in english.It kind of ruins the experience and they no longer accept military discounts so I will be going elsewhere.

They are very helpful showed me different choices helped get what I wanted and needed

Roxana S. was friendly. She guided me to earrings I saw online. Even though she co-worker was more knowledge of the type of metal the earrings I purchased are. I am satisfying with the way everything was in the store. It wasn't crowded aside from the employees I was the only customer in the store.

The sales worker was super nice. Her name was Edita and as soon as I walked into the store she greeted me and asked how my day was. She showed me everything I asked her and remained nice to me the whole. Would definitely go back to her and to this store.

I always come to this store the treatment is awesome not everyone spends 200 or 300 dollars reps don't know and still they treat you great

I would be gladly to continue visiting this spot because they really knows how to be a salesperson because I came for one thing and end up buying more and I never regrets it because I love PANDORAAA!!!
