I was gladly surprised i ordered my products online but they forgot to provided me the boxes/bags for the items i ordered considering was birthday and Christmas gifts i called customer service and they told me i can passed by to any Pandora store what i did the personal and the manager were so kind and exchange the size of one bracelet and also provided me the boxes for the items i purchased i also added one more item to my purchase i was so happy with the great service i had
