Jailyn made my experience so amazing.. her knowledge of the inventory. Her patience with me as I was deciding between charms made my experiences enjoyable. I never felt like she was rushing me out the store. I ended up spending over $800 in the store.

I purchase 3 charms in the price wasn't high. My experience with the store associate was good. My wife loved her birthday gift.

I was greeted and asked how could they help upon entering the store. I was also asked a couple of times was I doing okay while I was browsing.

My sales person was Kirsten McNamara-I loved how she handled my entire experience. She was happy to give out great advice for the Pandora product. I had a lot of questions and concerns she never once made me feel like I just asked a stupid question.
