I was disappointed Pandora has come out with new cancer charms. Or restocked the old Cancer charms. People are dealing with this disease everyday. And a little encouragement goes a long wayyyyyy.

When I entered the store the first person Saul hello and that was it. I browsed a bit then asked for help. She call someone from the back to help while she continued working in her task. Tabbitha was initially stansiddush but then warmed up and was very helpful.

Your new Pandora charm bracelet charms are not secure while on closed. I have owned my bracelet since 5/2021 and I have had to replace several charms that simply fall off. Unfortunately I didn’t check the reviews until after receiving the gift from my husband

The associate cut me off when I was trying to tell her what else it was that I would like. She stated “One thing at a time!” while she was cleaning my bracelets. I’ve been in customer service for 17yrs and that was unacceptable. That made me irritated and I changed my mind on wanting to purchase the other 3 charms and safety chain. Other than that service was good.

Some the Emps there not friendly. No greeting or anyway, even through you purchase items
