I purchased 16 bracelets and 18 charms. The purchase went great. Then the sales associate said she could set up the bracelets and have them bagged in an hour, but when I return after an hour and 15 minutes all the bracelets were still laying on the counter in a pile. So I had to wait another 20 minutes for another sales associate (Kristen) to help me. While I was waiting I went to purchase another item and another sales associate told me she was busy and I should wait until Kristen can assist me.

Limited selections available in-store and online. Please upgrade the selection process for inventory for stores to be able to use the in store purchase. The website needs to be improved.

Two of the items I wanted were no longer on sale. I felt that the after Christmas sale should have continued to at least 1pm.

Though there were at least 5 sales associates in the store they were not really engaging with all of the customers. I noticed 2 associates that were not helping customers just standing around. Several people were waiting for assistance including myself. When one of the associates did assist another came over trying to take over her sale. I was not 100% satisfied with this visit
