ReflectionsofMe bracelet is not a good bracelet especially the charms.

I was called in for A VIP promotion for 245 and i arrived at 247. The appointment time felt silly to even request and appointment. How misleading the have me drive all the to the store with the impression that i am getting a experience outside of others and in fact it was not. I was asked several times to run my credit for a promotion but not until i arrived at the store. Why wouldn’t that be provided before i walked into the store? Why make it seem as though i would receive a free bracelet but that was not the case. I’ve spent a lot of money on Pandora because i like the creativity they bring out of their jewelry. I would have been approved but why be forced to run my credit. I felt that was so misleading and my trust for the company and their promotions are now at an all time low. I wasted a trip and guess what i brought my jewelry using my own funds with no free bracelet because they wanted me to then come back to the store and pick it up. How inconvenient. I will not be purchasing Pandora for some time. I am really not a happy camper.

Other options were not presented that were found in the catalog later.

I asked the associate if the necklace was adjustable and she informed me that it was not which did not make sense to me based on what type of necklace it and I looked and sure enough it was adjustable so I felt like she didn’t know what she was talking about

I was sized incorrectly on my bracelet and I need to return to the store sooner than I would like to. My bracelet is too tight with the charms being added.

I am not someone who is excited about spending money, so any shopping experience is satisfactory. The store associates did their jobs. They didn't provide service that was below par nor did they provide service that was over and above my expectation.

Everything was neat. Everyone working was very nice. The transaction process was simple and easy. I was very happy with my purchases on this day

Took a little to much time to receive service upon arrival and store was not crowded.
