Didn’t have the ring or my first choice of bracelet in my size.

Two of your store's did not have what I was looking for in the store & they couldn't tell me when do they think they would get what I was looking for back in the store's.

I asked the sales representative about the charms and safety chain not being shiney and as she said they weren't allowed to clean them any longer.

The bracelet I desired was not in stock

The sales associate was very friendly. She suggested some great items. She made me feel welcome

Inventory of silver & good was limited to none

To be highly satisfied would mean that I needed something out of the ordinary, and I didn’t. There wasn’t any promotional sales like a BOGO or a Spend $100 so it wasn’t an Highlt Satisfied Experience.

I never rate overall as highly. My reason is that there is always room for improvement. The staff did a great job and I’m pleased.
