To be highly satisfied would mean that I needed something out of the ordinary, and I didn’t. There wasn’t any promotional sales like a BOGO or a Spend $100 so it wasn’t an Highlt Satisfied Experience.

I never rate overall as highly. My reason is that there is always room for improvement. The staff did a great job and I’m pleased.
