The store was crowded and it took about 15 minutes for me to get help because there was only two associates on the floor. I was not able to walk around and view everything because of spacing. The selections seemed small to me.

You had a special going on if you spend over $125 you will receive a jury box and the sales associate did not tell me that I had to hear it in a conversation with a Nother customer talking soon another sales associate and I spent $200or more close to $300.

Charms are too expensive. Also not many unique choices or designs. Furthermore, I think customers should be able to have the option to do sort of trade in or exchange for charms/bracelets that have been gifted to them (with or without a receipt).
