The associate (Jessica) is very knowledgeable and helpful with the selection and she should be rate highly satisfied in her field. Some of the merchandise for the Shine collection is very expensive.

One of the other sales associates was not friendly. She was kind of rude. However, the lady that assisted me with my purchase was great.

Sales associates were not aware of the number of customers in the store. I had to move to different counters to be seen and in the interim, no one said "I'll be right with you". Another customer was helped before me although she purchased nothing and I purchased three pieces. Eventually, after my sales person finished putting items away from her last customer she finally asked "ma'am have you been helped" but the entire time her back was to me and she was solely concentrating on what she was doing vs. letting me know she will be with me shortly.

The item I wanted was not available at the his location. They were out of the free bracelet so. Had to return to pick it up another day.

There was only two associates working and it is Memorial Weekend. I waited 20 minutes to get served.

The sales associate was just not excited about your product. She was not knowledgeable about the product made no recommendations and just was not a happy person to deal with. I only bought items I came in for. You need to hire pleasant friendly passionate people!
