The associate was pleasant enough but she did not offer me outstanding service. I did not feel she offered me suggestions based on what I said I wanted.

I was not acknowledged when I entered the store and stood there for quite some time before I was acknowledged. I was seriously considering leaving. There was one associate on the floor, then I realized there were 2 associates in the back. I do not know why they were back there but when they both came out they immediately started assisting me and another customer. There was no other customer in the store except the one that was being helped at the time.

The store was a great place. The people were great. It was clean in the store.

I had a great experience. However, when i ask the sale Associate about any sales or specials she said there where none. Once i checked out, i noticed there were specials on earrings that she did not disclosed.

I did not rank highly satisfied because I felt the sales associate did not go above and beyond what I expected, taking that extra step to make me feel that special kind of way and wanted this to be the best experience that I have ever had at Pandora. The sales associates was good. I have no complainants. I visited a Pandora sore in Annapolis on October 27, 2017 @ 21:40. The store had actually closed and the store manager and/or sales associated opened the store back up so that I could make the purchase I wanted. Now that's what I consider to be exceptional service above and beyond what I expected. Because of that experience the Pandora store in Annapolis will always be my favorite.

My sales associate seem to lack knowledge of the location of items requested, when I asked to see the selection as in the past the sale associate would take the try out and place it in the counter so you can see the items up close ,however this does not seem to be the practice anymore. I felt like I was being judged. When I asked about sale sets my the associate went to retrieve them but an older women yelled across the floor “ utt utt there are no more “ it was very offensive because I was in the store the evening before as they were closing and was told by another associate that they had sets and that was the main reason I had returned in the am when they had opened . I made a small $350 purchase but felt like I wasn’t welcome there, or like they thought I want to shoplift and I’m a police Lieutenant and was just in there in uniform less than two weeks ago and received far better service and treatment

I made the purchase for my daughter who lives La Mesa, CA., I live in Maryland. The sales clerk wasn't sure if the store would ship it. I've done this before! Why not? I hope my package arrives. The manager wasn't reassuring.
