I felt like the sales associate was trying to push me out the store. She wasn’t attentive and she wasn’t interested in what I wanted.

When me and my daughter walk in, they was look us down, speeding very slow.Once peoples start come in wasn't 6 feet distance. After I choice what I want over $500 the lady help us start being friendly and talking to us.

I could not get my bracelet cleaned because I was told not near the holidays. There was no one in the store so I don’t understand why an exception was made. There was 5 associates working. Not good customer service. Prices are too high and the company never sent coupons

The sales associate came over as soon as I entered the store, but during my purchasing was not proactive. I selected a charm then continued to browse the cases. I saw a necklace and asked to see it, after I inquired if it opens she showed me how it opened up by taking the chain off the pendant. She then put it back. Then told me it was a discontinued item and said the pendant held smaller charms inside, However, she didn’t offer to show me those charms. I saw another charm I liked and asked to see it. There was no assertiveness by the sales assistant. Were it my store I would give more training. In my younger day I worked in a book store and have worked in direct sales where one has to be proactive. Norma Parr

I wanted to make a purchase I had previously looked at during a prior visit. However, all of the associates were helping patrons that were undecided and left no associates for quick purchases or patrons that knew what to get and leave. When I asked if they had the item in my photo, the associate could not confirm or deny if the item was available before making me wait for 30 minutes. The cashier was readily available,but was instructed to only ring up purchases the associates brought to the register. It took less than 5 minutes for the associate to ask for the location of the item and ring up my purchase.

The rep seemed indifferent and rushy. Also the store smelled bad, like moth balls and food.

The sales associate was welcoming from the moment I stepped into the store. She was able to help me choose an appropriate item to add to my bracelet to avoid losing my charms. She shared a technique I could try when storing my bracelet to minimize the bracelet tarnishing. She also shared a tip as to how one should build bracelets.

The sales rep was very inpatient and was not very helpful being my first time visiting the store.
