I received the promotional free bracelet that was ordered online but it was too small. I was unable to exchange it for larger size when I called customer service even though they had them in stock. That should have been disclosed in the promotion.

A place to set your purse when looking for your credit card or receipt on telephone. I ordered what I thought was a $125.00 on the 16th to get the free bracelet, but I was informed by Tabitia that offer was no longer available. I got the same offer in my email when I got back from Pandora

The associate was not very friendly, have been to other stores that give better service. Next time I just order my items online instead of have less than friendly service. Asked if a certain item was available and the associate just pointed to the window, I came to see the item up close.

Every time I visit this location, the items I request to see are not in stock. The sales person is always “new” ams unable to answer questions regarding my concerns. I did yesterday when I visited the store that I will find another location due to lack of knowledge and stocked items.

Rosemarie C was rude and acted as though I was disturbing her conversation with another associate by coming in the store (there wasn't any other customer in there). I've been to several Pandora stores and never experience such rudeness. I won't be going back there and if I didn't need the item in the am. I would have left it there and went to another store.
