I chose 2 charms for my mom's bracelet for Christmas. While the Sales Associate packaged them, I was looking at my phone. Now I get home and 1 of the charms isn't in the box! This is the only reason I'll return to the store!

poor customer service. product is very very, cheap. staff sits there and laughs at the product problem when prompted there is an issue. very rude, would not recommend to come to this location.

I wore my pandora bracelet to make sure I get the correct charms to fit it. I brought 2 charms to get home and put them on and neither of the charms would not fit. This is totally unsatisfactory especially when I had to travel over an hour to get to the store. How can they look at your bracelet and still sell you the wrong item?

Sales associates when we walked in said "no one is home" and walked away. My sales associate didn't speak and after she finished my return she walked away. When I looked up she had left the counter. I was not finished i wanted to look at bracelets and charms.

On December 12th the purchase I made was not reflected in my account, my email was not added. The salesperson was unprofessional, he and another associate were joking back and forth. Also, I returned to the store a week or so later to exchange a ring, but it wasn't available in a larger size. So the sales representative was supposed to place an order for another ring. I didn't receive a notification that the ring was available, still don't know if it's been delivered to the store. In the meantime, I've missed the sales 50% and more recently 30% discounts.

Necklace was not available to be expanded , necklaces with longer lengths were not too pleasing in sight, sales rep lost my original necklace brought to return

The employees at this location gave me the run around, they made me go to another store but I brought my product from that location. I had to have a manager at another location call to ask this store #0748 to help me. When I went back the manager Kirsten was not pleasant nor friendly, when she rung up my new product she did not put it under the account that I already have with my email to keep track of my purchases.
