Excellent customer service

The store manager Kirsten immediately noticed me asap once she finished up with another customer. She gave me excellent advice on how to care for my bracelet and charms. Kirsten even help me with organizing my charms. I even purchased an additional order while in the store, thanks to her suggesting the spacers so that my charms do not ware. She is a very knowledgeable and friendly. Very pleased with my visit.

1. Because there was a starter package, which I appreciated. 2. There was a good selection of products and the ones I was interested in were in stock. 3.The associates were friendly and Ms. Vee was amazing in explaining the process and offered great advice on how to start and build on the bracelet for my daughter. 4. I did not know the items sold at Pandora were actually affordable.

I was greeted as soon as walked into the store with a Hello and a Welcome. Explaining all the details about the items I was interested in. I really appreciated how I was able to try on the correct sizes of bracelets I needed in store.

Jailyn M. was the name of the young lady who helped me. She greeted me right away. She took the time to find my likes and hobbies so I would really pick some good and heart felt charms for my bracelet. I love the pieces. She even showed me how they would look and helped me with order. My experience was great.

Jailyn was amazing and was so helpful with my engraving of my link bar. 1) She informed me prior to making my script selection what she recommended due to how the font would look. 2) She made it double sided where the writing would be facing the correct direction if it flipped over. Amazing overall visit!
