Every time I visit the store I’m greeted immediately and treated with warmth & kindness. I knew exactly what I wanted and the salesperson assisted me and offered other suggestions to me. Very satisfied.

The sales representative was extremely helpful. She was polite and patient as I tried to determine which items to select for my daughter and grand-daughter. She didn't rush me and really helped me make that personal type gift. She was wonderful.

My sales associate Jailynn was very knowledgeable and kind. She was patient and through, taking the time to show me different pieces over and over again. She made sure I was satisfied before leaving the store.

I was originally going into the store to pick up an online order that I had placed and when Kirsten came back with the item (safety chain) I was able to find out that the daisy chain wouldn’t be ideal for what I was trying to accomplish since I was adding it to a bangle and it would slide down and not catch the bracelet. I am not sure of the other associates name but they both were sweet and patient with me when deciding what I wanted to do. In the end I decided on getting clips. They were also helpful to my mom and helping her pick out a birthday gift for me while I waited outside. Thank You both!
