The associate was extremely friendly and helpful. Even the associates who weren’t helping us with our purchase were friendly and helpful as well. We came in there with an idea of what we wanted and ended up changing our minds, and she was able to answer all our questions without getting irritated and very concisely.

I was greeted by Sabrina as soon as I entered the store. I needed to add some new charms to my bracelet that I received my for birthday and Mother's Day. She and another associate reorganized my bracelet to balance the charms with the spacers and suggested purchasing a safety clasp to prevent loss in case the bracelet came loose. Sabrina asked if I was interested in purchasing additional charms and she proceeded to show me different charms and I ended up purchasing 3 additional charms. I'm happy with the purchases I made and the assistance I received. The customer service was outstanding!

Kristina client services were above industry standards. I called the location to ask about store in stock items for a very important personalized wedding gift. Not only did she pull the items I requested but also added two clips to the bracelet to keep the charms in place to complete the look I was going for. The two were the perfect addition needed. Checking out was seamless and straight forward. Kristen was exceptional from beginning to end.
