I was expecting a line outside the store. I walked right in, tho the associates where busy I didn’t have to wait long. Once I told my associate what I wanted, she pointed me in the direction of everything I needed gave me beautiful choices.

Upon arrival I was greeted by the sales associate who was very courteous and professional. She was very knowledgeable about the items and helpful in assisting me although I wasn’t sure of exactly what I wanted to purchase. I’m quite happy with my purchase.

Kirsten was our salesperson at the Waldorf store. She was very knowledgeable about the merchandise in the store. She helped us pick out and arrange our bracelets. She helped me rearrange my bracelet after I added two more charms. Very patient and nice. Best visit I ever had in the store! Thanks Kirsten!
