Kirsten McNamara is the best. She's located at Pandora at St Charles Town Center in Waldorf, Maryland. She's very knowledgeable and very helpful and she always lets me know when promotions are coming up. I've been a loyal Pandora customer and I've been purchasing from Kirsten at this Pandora store since they opened. Keep up the great work Kirsten and your staff. I'll be back soon!!!

It was neat and clean. The merchandise was displayed nicely and the service was great.

The manager was very helpful I didn’t get her name but I bought a old bracelet while vacationing in Bahamas and i could not take it off it had to be cut off my wrist and the manager swapped it out for the same price
