Clean store, great selections, friendly associate

1. The Sales Staff was super knowledegable about the product line. 2. My Salesperson was very courteous and kind. 3. The products were well presented and my Salesperson helped me to make very good choices for my Daughter who was turning 17 on yesterday and she LOVED her Pandora gift. The sales associate that helped me was great, she was very helpful and very knowledgeable about products. She also able to show me how the safety thing worked and I added it to my wishlist.

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff

The attentiveness and knowledge of the salesperson was excellent. The young lady made you feel welcomed and not pressure to buy anything. I came in looking at 1 thing and she helped me find something completely different and better than what I wanted.

When I entered into the store I wasn't greeted by the two sales women that was on the floor helping others. I'm always greeted at this store so it was odd that I wasn't this time. I waited 10-15mins and still nothing. I wasn't helped until the store manager arrived and asked me was I being helped. She took great care of me as always and she's normally the only one I work with when I visit this location as I am a card holder and visit often. Please teach the other sales associates to greet customers no matter if they are working with others. It helps to let the customers know we aren't being ignored.

The staff were friendly. The staff members were willing to help. The staff person was prompt and attentive to our needs.
