I came in on Christmas Eve, while there was a short line, it moved quickly, the item I wanted was in stock and the staff was friendly and took COVID protocols to ensure everyone was safe.

I had the opportunity to be serviced by Ms. Vee both times I came into the store. Each time she was courteous, efficient, patient, and helpful while I shopped. She was able to help me find my daughters bracelets that fit and she made several helpful suggestions as to why or why I shouldn’t purchase a certain style of bracelet for my 6 y/o. Even though there was a lot of hustle and bustle going on I never felt ignored or rushed during my experience and for that reason Pandora will keep getting my coins. Happy Holidays!
