The customer service was great and the explanation received was on point towards me purchasing necessary items to complete my bracelet.

The customer service was great! As soon as I entered the store, I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help. I showed the sales associate what I was looking for and she was able to help me right away.

Because the items I wanted were discontinued the sales person was able to show me alternative items. She gave me many additional options. I appreciated that.
