Prior to picking up my order I had heard many stories of long lines to get into the store. Upon my arrival, I was able to go straight to the desk retrieve my online order and purchase an additional item. They were both gift wrapped and I was in and out in less than 10 mins.

Immediately and warmly greeted upon entrance into the store. CSR determined our interest and promptly ushered us to an array of merchandise to choose from. She offered recommendations based upon our interests.

The associates there are so very friendly and so very helpful,and they know how to make a customer feel very happy when they leave the store.
