The sales associate Gwen was extremely professional and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure that I found the right bracelet that I was looking for although most of the bracelets were sized rather small. Also, her recommendations for charms was very helpful.

This was my very first time and experience in this PANDORA store, and I was quite impressed with the services the sales lady gave me also how patient she was in doing so. I would indeed recommend this store to all my associates and friends.

I loved the customer service. The employees were very well mannered. The associates knew the deals and what I was looking for.

I walked in and all 3 associates were busy. I walked around and 2 of the 3 said someone would be right with me, so I told them I'd just browse until then. A couple minutes later I hear a lady checking out so I turn around assuming I'd be helped when she was done. At that same moment, another customer walked in and straight up to the counter. The lady immediately turned from me and went to him. I thought she was just telling him someone would be with him shortly, but instead she jumped right into assisting him and made me wait. Finally another employee came from the back to help me. I was disappointed. I have spent over $3k dollars in less than 2 months at the same store. It's unlikely I'd go back...I'll probably travel over an hour to another store.

The salesperson was friendly. She followed the CDC guidelines on cleaning the merchandise. She also added my charms onto my bracelet after my purchase.
