Let’s start off with the store was clean and the ladies was nice and welcoming and respectful and very helpful and professional Vee was able to help me as soon as I walked in she was wonderful it’s usually crazy for the holidays but I think more color charms would be great and also if u were able to fix the jewelry I dislike that I have to take it somewhere else and why don’t u discontinue charms

I always enjoy working with Vee (Velma) from the Waldorf store. She’s such a joy. I went to inquire about a charm I wanted but I had no intentions of spending money that day but when I was waiting to be serviced by her a cute Mother’s Day charm caught my eye and I ended up buying that but while I was checking out, I happened to look down and see the headphones charm I’ve been looking for that I was going to another store to purchase over the weekend. So I went from not spending anything to spending 101 dollars. It’s always a pleasure working with Vee.

The staff are always professional and helpful. I like to take my time and look around the store when it comes to choosing a piece of jewelry. The staff gives me space and time to look around, without the feeling that I am being rushed, or I have to buy something.
