Jasmine showed us ALOT of rings. She was very patient and helpful. Next time I would like to see the bracelets.

The sales people were excellent and fast. They keep the store sanitized and they moved very fast to help everybody.

The staff was pleasant and organized. I was in and out very quickly. The store appears to be COVID compliant. I only wish there was a sale but otherwise I have no complaints.

Staff was focused on providing product that drove me to the store, I waited in line, and hoped what I wanted as a gift for my wife was in the store. I was asked if a brochure could help in my decision as I waited (great marketing tool); I advised I visited the website already and knew exactly what I was looking for. it was only a ten minute wait and in to see Gwen, she showed every item and opened a display case to get additional charms I knew my wife would love. Gwen, was exceptional; she focused on my requests and made my purchasing experience a joy.

Corey was knowledgable and very nice with helping and suggesting my gift selections. The store was very nice and everyone was attentive to customers to ensure Covid practices were followed smoothly.
