The customer service was excellent.

When I walk in the store everyone was very friendly.. and very helpful.

They were actually open a few minutes earlier than I thought. The sales associate greeted us as we walked in. She asked if I needed assistance and gave me time to look without crowding me.

I went in to get my wrist sized. Jasmine P. let me try on different types of bracelets until I found the right one. She sanitized each time. I felt very safe. I would definitely go back to Pandora and specifically to work with her.

When I walked in the store I didn't have to wait. The young lady greeted me with a smile and was ready for me. I will be back again sooner then later. I was also able to get my jewelry clean I gotten from there a few months ago.
