The staff inside were very friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable about the merchandise in the store. She was able to find what I needed and she got me out of there in 5 minutes. I highly recommend this store (St.Charles Towne Center Waldorf,MD) for their professionalism, cleanliness, and speedy service. I will definitely be back soon.

Returned to the location after speaking with a manager on duty. Keirsten contacted me after a survey i submitted to discuss a previous experience. She was knowledgeable, very kind, and very forth coming with the reasoning tied to my overall experience. Very knowledgeable about the products, very patient and there was not a forced smile in my opinion .. just to right a wrong. I did not feel pressured to over buy products. I found the additional experience to be great!

My Sales Rep Velma P. #191652 was highly knowledgeable about the products. She took her time when explaining things and was just overall a friendly sales person. If I had to come into the store again I would ask for her. All Pandora stores should have representatives that love the brand and provide amazing customer service such as Velma.
