The Pandora I went was in Waldorf Md and I must say I was very impressed with the customer service I received. Jordan did her thing and is a great sales person with great service.......

My exchange for new size was so easy. I also purchased an additional bracelet while there. Every piece was cleaned directly in front of me and the associate was knowledgeable and so friendly!

The sales associate was patient with me. This was my first purchase and she made sure I knew what I wanted before anything else.

Tabitha, with her knowledge of the charm bracelet, did a great job selecting and arranging my charms on my bracelet. Afterwards, I purchased a ring as well.
