I was highly satisfied just by walking in the store and seeing a sales clerk smiling and eager to assist me. She was very helpful and knew just what I was looking for immediately. The store wasn't to crowded, therefore I felt privileged to get all the help I needed. I am not an easy person to satisfy.

I went there for a ring to match my necklace and at first she said they did not have anything to go with it, went back the next day and the lady Ms.Ruqia found the ring no problem.

The merchandise is of good quality and beautiful.

I exchanged a necklace for a ring that I had ordered last November and they had stopped producing it. Then last week was in there and purchased the necklace the associated told me they had start making them again and she had ordered my size if I still wanted which of course I did I returned the necklace because my son had given me one just like so I returned my purchase

I love the charms I purchased, but wish Pandora had more variety on gold plated charms. The sales women was very nice and cleaned my bracelet!!
